What is waterless service? 🀨 No water nail care service is designed to be more hygienic and long-lasting, ensuring your nails stay beautifully polished while reducing the risk of infections. Did you know the average pedicure uses 10-15 gallons of water! πŸ€” let's save water for our planet! 🌏 I use single-use nail supplies, high-quality, non-toxic vegan polishes, to ensure safety and excellence in every service. 😊 I specialize Dazzle dry regular polish and soft gels. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 1. How do you clean and sanitize your tools? I follow a strict-3 step sanitation process for every client: Step 1: Wash and remove all debris. Step 2: Disinfect with Barbicide. Step 3: Sterilize with autoclave machine. 2. Do you offer regular polish services? No, i do not offer traditional (regular) polish services. I offer only Dazzle Dry polish. 3. Can I bring my own nail polish to use during my appointment? To maintain consistency in quality, I do not mix personal polishes with professional products if using your own polish is important to you, I recommend visiting a salon that allows that option. 4. How do I book an appointment? I don't handle bookings personally. You can easily book (reschedule and cancel) your appointment directly through my website. 5. Builder gel (Biab) is extension? No, it's not extension. 6. Do you remove Acrylic? I DO NOT REMOVE DIP, ACRYLIC, GEL-X, HARD GEL and POLYGEL. ❗️ 7. Can i book just gel or builder gel removal service? Removal is not offered as a stand-alone service. It is only available when booked with a full service such as mani or pedi. 8. Do you cut ingrown toenails? No, i do not cut ingrown toenails. If you have nail health issues like ingrown, fungus other concerns, please see a doctor first. I'm licensed to work on only healthy nails. 9. Can i get service with my daughter or friend? Yes, you can book back-to-back appointments directly through my website. 10. Do you offer Russian manicure? Dry manicure and Russian manicure are not the same. I offer dry services with e-file cuticle cleaning as part of my Builder gel manicure, but i do not provide full Russian manicure services. 11. How long does polish last on my nails? Polish longevity varies based on your natural nails and how you care for them. On average: Regular polish on mani lasts around 5-7 days Gel or Builder Gel can last 2-3+ weeks Keep in mind if you rough on your hands, use harsh products, or frequently wash dishes without gloves, it can shorten wear time. 12. Is there parking available nearby? I highly recommend the Waverly Parking Garage at 7401 WAVERLY St, BETHESDA MD 20814. It’s convenient and accessible, with payment options available via the ParkMobile app or at the onsite machine. Nail Fix I do not charge for small nail fixes, and i'll always do my best to help. Pls keep in mind: β€’ My schedule is often booked 10+ days in advance β€’ Fixes may be available before work between clients or after hours β€’ I can only offer fixes within few days of your original service οΏΌ Please note: I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my cancellation policy, ⬇️ which you agree to upon booking. If you do not agree with my cancellation policy, I understand if you need to choose an alternative nail salon. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to provide the full service. In this case, an expedited version of the service will be offered, depending on the remaining time. If a service must be shortened due to time constriants, the cost of the original service booked will be charged. Let's live simply and healthfully! As a private nail technician, I reserve the right to decline services. If I feel the situation is not suitable for me to provide the best quality of care, or for the safety and well-being of both myself and client, I may need to respectfully refuse service in certain circumstances. Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and unexpected events can occur. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. My business relies on appointments being honored, and last-minute cancellations or reschedules leave a gap that could have been filled by another client. Just as I value your time, I also ask that you value mine. Appointments made within 24 hours are still subject to this cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting each other’s time!
