Welcome to Anu Natural Nails, 😊 a private, one-on-one studio dedicated to clean, enviroment-friendly nail care. I offer waterless, bowl-free services that protect your nail health and our planet. 🌏 My tools are sterilize in an autoclave, and i use single-use nail supplies and organic skin care, non-toxic, vegan & cruelty-free, HEMA-free, premium polishes. I specialize in Dazzle Dry, Soft gels, BIAB-builder gel (I do not offer traditional regular polish). Parking I highly recommend the Waverly Parking Garage at 7401 WAVERLY St, BETHESDA MD 20814. It’s convenient and accessible, with payment options available via the ParkMobile app or at the onsite machine. BOOKING POLICIES As a private, solo one-person studio (not a traditional salon) my time is limited. To protect my schedule this policy ensures that appointment times are used fairly and helps keep spots open for guests who are ready to commit. • I do not not accept booking by text or email- all appointment must go through the website • Existing clients are approved automatically when booking online, new clients need my approval • Clients who booked appointment far an advance and repeatedly cancel (even within the allowed window affect my schedule and business flow) or reschedule last minute and frequent short notice changes, No-Show may have future booking access restricted. If you are unable to book online, it means your access has been removed. If booking access has been restricted I kindly ask you can find a salon that better suits your needs • As a private nail technician, i reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if i feel uncomfortable, disrespected or studio policies are not followed. Services may also declined for health, safety or professional reasons. SERVICE & GUIDELINES • Products And Tools- I work exclusively with my own professional products & tools- No outside polish or tools allowed • Service Limitations- I DO NOT REMOVE Acrylic, Dip powder, Hard gel, Gel-X, Polygel, Hard gels. • Health & Safety- I do not perform aggressive cuticle removal, digging into toenails, deep ingrowing toenail cutting, if you have fungus any nail issues please see a doctor or get a medical pedicure elsewhere. For your safety, i will not perform work that i can risk infection and health issues • Add-Ons not standalone services. Available with only full service (include removals) • Polish longevity- manufacture guidance; Dazzle dry: 7+ days Soft gels: 2+ weeks Builder gels: 3+ weeks But actual wear varies by lifestyle and nail health • Nail Fix- I will always do my best to help. Miner fixes can be done within (before or after work hours) a few several days or weeks repair not quaranteed. • Late arrivals- Arrive on time, If you are late your service will be shortened to stay on the schedule but full service price still applies I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my cancellation policy⬇️, would you agree to upon booking. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, but I kindly ask that you provide at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Just as i value your time, i also ask that you value mine. My business relies on appointments being honored, and last-minute cancellations or reschedules- including those due to illness- leave a gap that could have been filled by another client.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 36 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Appointmets made within 24 hours are still subject to this policy.
