Anu Natural Nails is a private, appointment-only studio specializing in natural nail care and soft gel services. With over nine years of experience, each service is performed one-on-one in a calm, clean environment with a focus on nail health, precision and long-lasting result. This studio is designed for clients who value quality, attention to detail, and a personalized experience. My tools are sterilize in an autoclave and i use single-use nail supplies and organic skin care, non-toxic, vegan & cruelty-free, HEMA-free, premium polishes. I do not offer traditional regular polish. ABOUT SERVICES Waterless Manicure & Pedicure All of my manicure and pedicure services are performed without soaking your hands or feet in water. This is a waterless service—not a Russian manicure. I choose a waterless approach because avoiding soaking can help maintain the natural condition of the nails and skin, while also being more hygienic and reducing unnecessary water usage. My waterless pedicure does not involve soaking, deep digging, or medical treatment of foot or nail conditions. DAZZLE DRY MANICURE & PEDICURE For my regular polish services, I use Dazzle Dry, a professional nail polish system known for its fast drying time, durability, and long-lasting wear compared with many traditional regular polishes. Dazzle Dry is also a great option for clients who prefer to avoid gel polish or who have experienced sensitivity to gel products. With proper nail care and depending on your lifestyle, Dazzle Dry can last longer than traditional regular polish while still allowing you to enjoy a natural-polish service. SOFT GEL POLISH For my soft gel services, I use high-quality professional gel polish brands. I also use a rubber base as the base coat underneath gel polish when appropriate to provide additional flexibility, support, and durability. The rubber base is used as a base layer—it is not applied as a thick overlay. Soft gel polish is a great option if you want longer-lasting color and a more durable manicure than regular polish. BIAB BUILDER GEL I specialize in soft builder gel for natural-nail overlays. Builder gel is thicker and stronger than regular soft gel polish and is designed to add structure and support to your natural nails. It is especially helpful for clients with thin, weak, flat or ridged nails or for those who want to grow their natural nails while keeping them protected with a stronger overlay. Builder gel is applied directly over your natural nails to create a smooth, even surface and additional strength. I offer both traditional builder gel options and HEMA-free options. Please note that HEMA-free does not mean allergy-proof. HEMA-free builder gels may also have different performance characteristics and may not provide the same strength as some traditional builder gel formulas. If you have experienced a gel allergy or sensitivity, please consult with your doctor or dermatologist before receiving gel or builder gel services. If you prefer to avoid gel products altogether, Dazzle Dry regular polish is an alternative option. Note: Soft builder gel is the strongest product I offer for natural nails. However, it is not designed for using your nails as tools or for heavy impact. If you repeatedly experience lifting or breakage within a few days, builder gel may not be the right service for you. Soft gel, hard gel, and acrylic are different specialties. For clients who need a stronger enhancement, please consider a salon specializing in hard gel or acrylic. BOOKING & RESCHEDULING As a private, solo one-person studio (not a traditional nail salon), my availability is very limited and each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute changes and repeated rescheduling directly affect my income and make it difficult to offer the appointment to another client. Please be mindful of my time and respect the work that goes into maintaining a small, appointment-only business. • I do not accept booking requests by text or email. All appointments must be booked through the website. • A 25-30$ non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to secure an appointment. The deposit is credited toward your total service balance and will be deducted from the full service price when your appointment is completed. • New Clients: Once your appointment is booked cancellations may prevent future booking access. • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments (even within the allowed cancellation window affect my schedule and business flow), reschedule last minute, make frequent short-notice changes, or No-Show may have future booking access restricted. • All messages and emails will be responded to during business hours only. I am unavailable on Sundays & Wednesdays. • If you are unable to book online, it may mean your booking access has been restricted. In this case, I kindly ask that you find a salon that better suits your needs. As a private nail technician, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if I feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or if studio policies are not followed. POLICIES & GUIDELINES • To maintain a calm and focused environment, this is a private one-on-one studio. Only scheduled clients are permitted. Additional guests, including children and pets, are not allowed. • Products & Tools – I work exclusively with my own professional products and tools. Outside polish, products, or personal tools are not permitted. • Service Limitations – I do not remove acrylic, dip powder, hard gel, Gel-X, or polygel. • Health & Safety – I do not perform aggressive cuticle removal, dig into toenails, or perform deep ingrown toenail cutting. If you have nail fungus or other medical nail conditions, please consult a doctor or seek a medical pedicure specialist. For your safety, I will not perform services that may risk infection or health issues. REPAIR & FIX POLICY Nail repairs are not available on my days off! • Complimentary fixes are available within 5 days if you experience lifting, chipping, or a product related issue. After 5 days repairs are subjected to the regular repair fee. • Repairs must be scheduled based on availability and are typically offered before or after work hours only. I cannot guarantee same-day or preferred time appointments. • Please do not book a full service appointment for nail repairs only. Due to a busy schedule, service times cannot be adjusted. If a full service is booked, you will be charged for the full service booked. • After leaving the studio, clients are responsible for the care and maintenance of their nails. Breakage due to impact, lifestyle, or accidents is not considered a service fault and will be treated as a paid repair. • Due to natural wear and lifestyle factors, services are not guaranteed after 5 days. • Recommended maintenance time based on manufacturer guidelines; Dazzle Dry: 7-14 days Soft Regular Gel: 2-3 weeks Builder Gel: 3-4 weeks Please note: Longevity may vary based on lifestyle, daily activities, nail care. • I do not fix or work over products from other salons. Removal and new service will be required. • Late arrivals- Arrive on time, If you are late your service will be shortened to stay on the schedule but full service price still applies. PARKING I highly recommend the Waverly Parking Garage at 7401 Waverly St, Bethesda, MD 20814. It’s convenient and accessilble with payment options available via the Parkmobile app or at the onsite machine. PAYMENT METHODS I accept credit/debit cards, cash and zelle, apple cash. A 3.5% card processing fee will be applied to all card payments. To avoid this fee, cash is always welcome.
