Anu Natural Nails is a private, appointment-only studio specializing in natural nail care and soft gel services. With over nine years of experience, each service is performed one-on-one in a calm, clean environment with a focus on nail health, precision and long-lasting result. This studio is designed for clients who value quality, attention to detail, and a personalized experience. I offer waterless, bowl-free services that protect your nail health and our environment. My tools are sterilize in an autoclave and i use single-use nail supplies and organic skin care, non-toxic, vegan & cruelty-free, HEMA-free, premium polishes. I do not offer traditional regular polish! PARKING I highly recommend the Waverly Parking Garage at 7401 WAVERLY St, BETHESDA MD 20814. It’s convenient and accessible, with payment options available via the ParkMobile app or at the onsite machine. UPDATE: At this time, I am not accepting new clients. BOOKING POLICIES As a private, solo one-person studio (not a traditional nail salon), my availability is very limited. • To keep scheduling fair for my regular client, new client bookings require approval. Existing clients are automatically approved when booking online. • I do not accept booking requests by text or email. All appointments must be booked through the website. • New Clients: Once your appointment is booked and approved, cancellations may prevent future booking access. • Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments (even within the allowed cancellation window affect my schedule and business flow), reschedule last minute, make frequent short-notice changes, or No-Show may have future booking access restricted. • All messages and emails will be responded to during business hours only. I am unavailable on Sundays & Wednesdays. • If you are unable to book online, it may mean your booking access has been restricted. In this case, I kindly ask that you find a salon that better suits your needs. As a private nail technician, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if I feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or if studio policies are not followed. SERVICE & GUIDELINES • To maintain a calm and focused environment, this is a private one-on-one studio. Only scheduled clients are permitted. Additional guests, including children and pets, are not allowed. • Products & Tools – I work exclusively with my own professional products and tools. Outside polish, products, or personal tools are not permitted. • Service Limitations – I do not remove acrylic, dip powder, hard gel, Gel-X, or polygel. • Health & Safety – I do not perform aggressive cuticle removal, dig into toenails, or perform deep ingrown toenail cutting. If you have nail fungus or other medical nail conditions, please consult a doctor or seek a medical pedicure specialist. For your safety, I will not perform services that may risk infection or health issues. • Add-Ons – Add-on services are not standalone services and are only available with a full manicure or pedicure service. REPAIR & FIX POLICY Nail repairs are not available on my days off! • Complimentary fixes are available within 3 days of your service for any issue related to application. • After 3 days, repairs are $5-10 per nail. • Repairs must be scheduled based on availability and are typically offered before or after work hours only. I cannot guarantee same-day or preferred time appointments. • Please do not book a full service appointment for nail repairs only. Due to a busy schedule, service times cannot be adjusted. If a full service is booked, you will be charged for the full service booked. • After leaving the studio, clients are responsible for the care and maintenance of their nails. Breakage due to impact, lifestyle, or accidents is not considered a service fault and will be treated as a paid repair. • Due to natural wear and lifestyle factors, services are not guaranteed after 7 days. • I do not fix or work over products from other salons. Removal and a new service will be required. • Polish Longevity – Based on manufacturer guidelines: Dazzle Dry: 7+ days Soft Gel: 2+ weeks Builder Gel: 3+ weeks Please note: Longevity may vary based on lifestyle, daily activities, nail care. • Late arrivals- Arrive on time, If you are late your service will be shortened to stay on the schedule but full service price still applies. PAYMENT METHODS We accept credit/debit cards, cash and zelle, apple cash. A 3.5% card processing fee will be applied to all card payments. To avoid this fee, cash is always welcome.
